Request deletion of your account and associated data
1Open the VIRTA App
Launch the VIRTA app on your device and log in to your account.
2Go to Profile
Tap on the Profile tab (person icon) in the bottom navigation bar.
3Access Settings
Tap on "Settings" or the gear icon to open your account settings.
4Delete Account
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your decision when prompted.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

We will process your request within 30 days.
